our Marketing Operations team in Round Rock- TX.

first attract human attention. Marketing Operations teams are integral to
shaping our approach. They work in close partnership with teams that
specialize in segment marketing- global operations- product management-
customer relationship marketing and finance. In collaboration- they build bot

demand plans for whole product families and specific marketing plans fo

particular products or segments. Outlining approaches as well as specifi

activities- they are key to establishing- enhancing and distinguishing Del

product placement within a competitive global market. It`s all about standin

out.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving data engineering capabilities to turn data into actionable insights- applying data science to predict and model future outcomes
Build processes supporting data transformation- data structures- metadata- dependency and workload management; assemble large- complex data sets that meet business requirements
Deep expertise on data sources- required transformations- quality- consistency- velocity- access
Document mapping for all required data resources for Modeling; ensure that data is cleansed- available and formatted to be consumed by marketing models
Provides actionable recommendations on how to optimize modeling speed- stability- and outputs
Deliver on analytics roadmap- while always identifying new opportunities and prioritization recommendations while partnering with Product Managers and engineers to implement them
Establish relationships with key business partners/Points of Contact to accelerate issues fix
Develop and Maintain self-service capabilities for Business KPI drill-down needs (OLAP- TOLAP- SSAS)

Requirements:

12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field- 8+ years with a Master`s degree- or 5+ years with a PhD- or equivalent practical experience
Experience managing large complex data environments- including experience in database management- data analytics- or similar role using development skills in common programming languages (SQL- R- etc.) to drive business recommendations
Experience with data processing- ETL- data ingestion and API development using one or more languages- such as Python- C- etc.
Proven ability to work with varied data infrastructures – including relational (MS SQL Server- Postgres) and unstructured databases (Hadoop/Hive)
Experience with data management and governance- including privacy and regulatory data restriction and role based security.
Ability to integrate deep subject matter expertise with industry and professional experience to achieve strategic goals- influencing leadership decisions- mentoring team members- and leading large projects for teams
Understanding and familiarity with main MS Office suite (Excel- PowerPoint)
Polished written and oral communicator – communicate clearly and concisely (English)
